We’re pleased to announce that HBS Mechanical has secured the plumbing and heating package for phases 2 and 3 of Water’s Edge, an ongoing residential scheme in Surrey from housing developer Nicholas King Homes and Fabrica by A2Dominion.
As the trusted plumbing and heating contractor for phase 1, HBS are excited to continue its partnership with Nicholas King Homes and support the delivery of a further 158 high-quality and energy-efficient new homes at this beautiful lakeside community in Mytchett, near Camberley.
Due to be completed in summer 2023, the Water’s Edge development will offer a collection of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom family houses and 2-bedroom apartments and duplexes, all surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty. Furthermore, the supply of local affordable housing is being boosted thanks to a 40% allocation of shared ownership properties sold by Fabrica.

Delivering plumbing and heating services at Water’s Edge
Our Mechanical Division will manage all aspects of supply, installation and commissioning of the plumbing and heating system requirements for 158 houses and apartments throughout the 36-month build programme. Installations will include domestic hot and cold water and central heating, soil and wastewater systems, sanitary ware and rainwater goods throughout.
