HBS Mechanical has further strengthened its relationship with one of the UK’s largest housebuilders, Bellway Homes, after securing contracts to supply and install plumbing and heating systems for 351 new homes at their Helios Park and The Haven developments.
These latest wins build on HBS’s reputation as a preferred mechanical contractor for Bellway Homes and demonstrates the successful delivery of mechanical services for high volume housing projects across the South.
Following a consistent and proven track record working with the housebuilder’s Wessex division over the years, HBS is now delighted to be working with the Thames Valley division. Their Helios Park scheme, located in Hawley near Farnborough, will deliver 226 new homes to the area. Finished to a high specification, the 2, 3 and 4-bedroom contemporary designed properties are set to appeal to first-time buyers, growing families and commuters.
Meanwhile, The Haven scheme from Bellway Homes (Wessex region) will deliver a collection of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses in the rural town of Emsworth. Built using traditional methods to the highest specification, the 125 new homes, will meet the latest energy efficient standards.
Lead by a dedicated contracts manager, HBS Mechanical’s on-site teams will manage the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all gas, heating and water system requirements across both schemes. Together with the Quality Control Manager, HBS will be committed to achieving the highest standards of installation throughout the build programme.
