HBS Mechanical continues to boost its order book following the appointment by Bellway Homes Wessex to supply and install all plumbing and heating requirements for 175 new homes at the Brookvale development in Havant.
This latest contract award comes off the back of a strong and consistent performance displayed for the Wessex region over the last few years at Oxlease Meadows, Latitude, Reflections and The Haven developments to name a few.

Situated in Havant, the Brookvale scheme will offer a collection of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom properties, with a provision for 53 dwellings for affordable housing split between rented and shared ownership. Built using traditional methods to the highest specification, the 175 new homes, will meet the latest energy efficient standards.
Expert new build plumbing and heating services
Lead by a dedicated SMSTS contracts manager, HBS Mechanical’s on-site plumbing and heating engineers will manage the installation, testing and commissioning of all gas, heating and water system requirements at Brookvale.
Our in-house Quality Control Manager will work closely with HBS’ on-site plumbing and heating engineers to ensure all 1st fix, 2nd fix and final installations are completed consistently throughout the build programme in line with the client’s quality expectations, NHBC standards and our in-house quality management system.
