Following continued expansion and new long-term residential housing contracts secured with national and regional housing developers across the South, HBS is looking to grow its M&E workforce.
Working on a sub contract basis, we have opportunities for Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating engineers and fully qualified electricians who have new build site experience.
If you share our passion for delivering industry-leading workmanship and service excellence and have a proven track record working on fast paced new build housing sites, then we want to hear from you.

Working for HBS as a sub contractor
While working for HBS, you will carry out staged installations for our housing developer clients. Working alongside the Contracts Manager and Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for producing a consistent high-quality standard of works in line with compliance standards, production targets and HBS’s in-house quality management system.
Subject to meeting our requirements, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a sub-contract, price work basis. We offer competitive rates of pay and long-term consistent work on high volume housing projects across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex and Dorset.
