We are pleased to announce that HBS Mechanical has secured the plumbing and heating services contract for Maple Walk, a new Redrow Homes community of 175 high-quality houses in Liphook, Hampshire.
It is the latest major project awarded to HBS by the housebuilder’s Southern Counties office. It follows the recent completion of their Yew Gardens development in Waterlooville where HBS has been the plumbing and heating contractor for 250 new homes across 4 consecutive phases.

HBS Group Southern’s Mechanical division will supply, install, and commission all plumbing and heating system requirements for 175 dwellings at Maple Walk throughout the 18-month delivery programme. This will include domestic hot and cold water and central heating, soil, and wastewater systems, sanitary ware, and rainwater goods throughout.
East Hampshire District Council approved the proposals by Redrow Homes for Maple Walk earlier this month, representing the second phase of the Lowsley Farm development. The site adjoins Oak Park, the first phase of this development by Taylor Wimpey.
The site at Longmoor Road will feature a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments, two, three, and four-bedroom houses, 40% of which will be affordable units. The new homes from the award-winning Heritage Collection will be launching for sale in early 2021.
