We are delighted to announce that HBS Mechanical has been appointed as the trusted plumbing and heating contractor for the final phase of Berkeley Homes (Southern) redevelopment of Royal Clarence Marina on the outskirts of Gosport.
The former Royal Naval victualling yard has been sympathetically transformed by Berkeley Homes over the last decade to include almost 700 new homes both converted and new build in a mixture of tenures and more than 85,000 sq. ft of commercial space.
Bridge House as it will be known is the final piece of the £100m major urban regeneration project delivered by Berkeley Homes on behalf of The Guinness Partnership, one of the UK’s largest housing and care providers. The 4 storey new building will offer 55 x1 and 2-bed high specification apartments in a prime waterfront position overlooking the Royal Clarence Marina.
Quality assured mechanical services package
Led by a SMSTS project-based contracts manager HBS’ specialist Mechanical division will manage the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of domestic hot and cold water, public health services, sanitary ware, dry riser and rainwater requirements at Phase NM7 Royal Clarence Marina.
Our team of skilled plumbing an heating engineers will be focused on completing all works to the highest standards in line with our in-house Quality Control checks.
HBS’s management team will oversee the project and provide all necessary resources to support the successful delivery of plumbing installation works over the next 8 months in line with the client’s programme targets and quality expectations.
