We’re pleased to announce that HBS Mechanical has boosted its order book with plumbing and heating contracts for two new Hampshire residential housing developments from Bellway Homes Wessex, totalling 181 units.
These latest wins at Cathedral Park in Chichester and Meadow View in Romsey further strengthen our long-running partnership with the housebuilder and show their continued trust in HBS’ mechanical services installation quality, communication and aftercare across its activities in the Wessex region.

Lead by dedicated SMSTS contracts managers, HBS Mechanical’s highly skilled, professionally trained and qualified plumbing and heating engineers will manage the installation, testing and commissioning of all gas, heating and water system requirements at Cathedral Park and Meadow View.
An in-house Quality Control Manager will work with management and the onsite delivery teams to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are consistently completed from 1st fix and 2nd fix to final installations throughout the 18-month build programmes.
Situated in Chichester West Sussex, Cathedral Park offers a collection of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom new homes. The development will provide 108 new homes to the local area and includes a provision of 37 dwellings for affordable housing which will be managed by Aster Group.
Meadow View is a new development of 3 and 4 bedroom homes coming soon to Romsey. In total there will be 73 houses built of which 29 are allocated for affordable housing. Both Bellway Homes schemes are being built using traditional methods to the highest specification and will meet the latest energy-efficient standards.
