We are pleased to announce that we have secured two new large housing schemes with residential developer Bovis Homes as we expand our new build mechanical and electrical service offering into Wiltshire.
Following a successful tender process, HBS Group Southern were chosen to deliver an integrated M&E package for King’s Gate, Amesbury and a complete plumbing and heating solution for the Longhedge Village scheme, Salisbury. Work has already begun at both sites.
King’s Gate is 153 plot development, offering a selection of of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes that have been carefully designed to suit all needs and budgets. This new community on the edge of the Wiltshire market town of Amesbury is close to the World Heritage Site of Stonehenge and within easy reach of the historic city of Salisbury.
Longhedge Village is an exciting new 133 plot development set in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside and is less than four miles from the city of Salisbury. The new development will offer an attractive range of carefully designed 1, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes in a sought after rural setting.
